Workflow fit

Bring one job, not a transformation plan.

The first conversation determines whether a job is ready for a three-day proof. Use this page to prepare the examples, owner, systems, and test before booking.

Check your workflow fit

60-second fit check

Is one workflow ready to prove?

Workflow proof readiness criteria

Bring these five things

Make the first call about a real job.

The job
One sentence describing what starts the work and what a complete result looks like.
The examples
Five to ten recent cases that include ordinary work and difficult exceptions.
The systems
Where the source records, rules, approvals, and final decision currently live.
The judge
The person who knows the work well enough to approve, return, or reject the result.
The measure
The current volume, wait, touches, rework, or other baseline worth observing.

Poor first candidates

A company can fit even when the first job does not.

  • A broad request to find where AI belongs
  • A production deployment promised in three days
  • A workflow with no owner or representative examples
  • A platform replacement disguised as a small proof
  • An unsupervised financial, legal, employment, quality, access, or regulatory decision

A fit call is qualification, not free discovery

Decide whether one job is ready to prove.

Detailed architecture, integration planning, production estimates, and custom recommendations follow only after the job and engagement boundary are accepted.
