This notice covers the TruePulse Labs website. A customer engagement requires separate data, security, and contractual terms suited to the approved workflow.
Information from this website
This website does not include an on-site intake form or advertising tracker. The hosting service may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and time in order to deliver and protect the site.
Scheduling
When you follow a scheduling link, you leave this site and provide information directly to Appointlet. Appointlet processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Share only the business information needed to arrange the conversation.
Engagement information
Customer data, workflow examples, system access, production records, retention, deletion, and model-provider terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement and approved architecture, not this website privacy notice.
Use and retention
Information received for a business conversation is used to respond, evaluate fit, prepare or administer an engagement, and meet legal or security obligations. It is kept only while needed for those purposes or an applicable obligation.
Sharing
TruePulse may use service providers needed to host the site, schedule conversations, communicate, and operate an approved engagement. Production subprocessors and data boundaries are identified for the proposed deployment before launch.
Questions and requests
Use the workflow fit page to schedule a conversation and state that your request concerns privacy. Identity or authority may need to be verified before information is disclosed, corrected, or deleted.
