Security and data boundaries
Prove the job before granting production access.
A three-day proof and a live deployment are different risk decisions. TruePulse keeps that boundary visible and agrees the production controls before live work begins.
Discuss a workflowDuring the proof
Use the smallest safe boundary that can answer the question.
- Data
- Begin with representative exports, synthetic data, or a sandbox whenever the workflow can be judged without live access.
- Access
- Use only the systems and records the customer is authorized to provide for the agreed test.
- Decisions
- Keep consequential financial, employment, customer, legal, quality, and regulatory decisions with named people.
- Evidence
- Record which examples passed, failed, or exposed an exception instead of hiding uncertainty behind a demonstration.
Before production
The live architecture decides the controls.
Hosting, providers, retention, integrations, permissions, and support vary by approved rollout. The production agreement must answer each question below before launch.
- Architecture
- Where the workflow runs, which systems it touches, and which components are managed by TruePulse or the customer.
- Identity and access
- Approved accounts, scopes, permissions, credential handling, and access-revocation responsibilities.
- Data handling
- Authorized data, model-provider boundaries, retention, deletion, exports, and any required geographic constraints.
- Controls
- Human approvals, exception queues, audit records, change approval, disable paths, and escalation owners.
- Operation
- Monitoring, failure investigation, support expectations, continuity, and the process for changing rules or models.
- Transition
- Customer data export, access removal, documentation, and transition responsibilities when service ends.
Security review
Review security against the proposed deployment.
TruePulse does not currently hold a security certification. A qualified review should cover the actual architecture, providers, access, data, controls, and contractual requirements for the proposed workflow.
